This policy explains how Insightdriven AI Inc. ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use our website and our products, including SalesPilot. Short version: your business data is yours. We collect the minimum we need to run the product, we never sell it, and you can export or delete it at any time.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and billing information when you subscribe.
• Product data: the contacts, notes, calendar events, messages and drafts you connect or create while using SalesPilot. This exists to rank your book and draft follow-ups for you.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how the product is used (pages visited, features used, error reports).

2. How we use it

• To operate the product: ranking, drafting, scheduling and logging exactly the messages you approve.
• To improve reliability and fix bugs.
• To contact you about your account, when necessary.

3. What we never do

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not use your customer data to train public or third-party AI models.
• We do not contact your clients. Every outbound message requires your approval.

4. Your rights

You can export all of your data at any time from within the product, and you can request deletion of your account and all associated data. Cancelling stops billing immediately; your data remains exportable. To exercise any right, email privacy@insightdrivenai.com.

5. Sub-processors

We use a small number of infrastructure providers (cloud hosting and email delivery) to operate the service. They process data only on our instructions and under contractual confidentiality obligations.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access within our company is limited to what is required to operate the service, and every message SalesPilot handles is logged with a timestamp so our customers keep a compliance trail.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
