Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the website and products of Insightdriven AI Inc., including SalesPilot. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

We provide software that helps independent professionals organise and follow up with their clients. The product drafts communications; you decide what is sent. Approval by you is required before any message leaves your account, unless you explicitly enable auto-send for a specific cadence.

2. Your account and your data

You own everything you put into the service: contacts, notes, messages and drafts. We are granted only the limited licence needed to operate the product for you. On cancellation or request, you can export your data; we delete it in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly. Trials start without a payment card and convert only after you add one.
• You may cancel at any time from within the product. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; the current period is not refunded pro-rata.
• We do not require annual contracts.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the product to send unsolicited bulk messaging, to misrepresent your identity, or in violation of applicable telemarketing, spam and consumer-protection laws. You are responsible for the content you approve and send; we log every message to help you keep a compliance record.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as available". We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of planned maintenance.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; for material changes we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
